He is survived by: his children, Randy Scott Dever (Robin) of Washington, Wayne Minton (Sue) of Latrobe, Linda L. Nicholls (Gary) of Washington, Donna J. Bakaitis (Robert) of Washington, Nancy Walker of Bentleyville and Larry Earl Dever; and his brother Raymond E. He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren, thirty-seven great grandchildren, sixteen great-great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
