Williams (Washington, Pennsylvania), born in Clymer, Pennsylvania, who passed away at the age of 96, on February 20, 2020. He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Williams and Helen Williams (Witherite); his wife June E. Williams; and his sister Lois Ann Frech. He is survived by: his daughter Carol A. Manspeaker (Ed) of Apollo; his grandchildren, Tom Manspeaker (Christie) of Coraopolis, Sarah Manspeaker of Pittsburgh and Catherine Bandura (Brian) of Pittsburgh; and his great grandchildren, Caleb, Juliana Manspeaker, Claire and Luke Bandura.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggest memorial contributions made in Donald's memory to the Apollo United Presbyterian Church, 401 1st St. Apollo, PA 15613.
