She was predeceased by: her parents, David Canan and Mary Margaret Lawrence Canan; and her husband Robert Haynos. She is survived by: her children, Catherine A. McCullough (Charles) of Washington and Richard R. Haynos (Elsy) of North Massapequa; her sisters, Evelyn Wood and Emma Jean Loughry; her grandchildren, Brian McCullough (Luanne), Jay McCullough (Sarah), Kory McCullough, Shawn Haynos (Traci) and Mary Ann Haynos; her great grandchildren, Justin, Brandon, Caleb, Abigail and Jonah; and her siblings, Robert Canan, Peggy Adamiak and David Canan. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
