She is survived by: her children, Heather Horn, James Horn of Washington and Douglas Szolek of Washington; her siblings, Robert Szolek, Diane Seemiller (Mark), Judy Pettit (Scott) and Rebecca Szolek; her grandchildren, Tahjanae, Riley, Jay and Zay; her close friend Matthew Morris; her former husband James W. Horn; and her brother Edward Szolek. She is also survived by several aunts, an uncle, several nieces and nephews, three great-nephews, and many cousins.
