He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, David P. Cumer and Minnie Steinheiser Cumer; his wife Lois Moore; his children, Donna Hoefler of Washington, Ronald Cumer (Vicky) of Washington, Lynn Andre (Russell) of Washington, Kevin Cumer (Jan) of Avella and Jay Cumer (Jeanine) of Houston; his brothers, Howard Cumer (Linda) of Washington, John Cumer of Washington and Robert Cumer (Cheryl) of Claysville; his grandson Nicholas Cumer; and his brothers, Charles and George Cumer. He was also cherished by 7 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
