Havelka (Maggie) and Maya Lee Pack; her great grandchildren, Rylee Ann Romasco and Kaid Havelka; her stepdaughters, Cindy Brophy (Paul), Connie L. Bozovich and Cathy Durko (Joe); her daughter Stacy Ann Havelka; and her stepson Gary Bozovich.
