He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Burl Moore, Sr. and June Matilda Reed Moore. He is survived by: his wife Linda Rush; his children, Clifford Moore (Alyssa) of Washington, Michael Parker of Los Angeles, CA, Brandon Phillips (Sirhonda) of Washington, Stacy Newman (Anthony) of Aynor, SC, Matilda Jean Moore of Washington and Courtney Phillips of Pittsburgh; and his siblings, Francis Moore (Nancy) of Washington, Randy Boardley of Washington, Richard Boardley III (Michelle) of Washington, Dave Earlywine (Sue) of Pennsylvania, Mildred Haught (Paul) of West Virginia, Hope Beatty (Jim) of Washington and Sharon Lowry (Jim) of Florida. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
