With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clayton C. Riegel of Washington, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 12, 2024 at the age of 93. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Clayton C. Riegel to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Mae Jacobs and John F. Riegel; his wife Gloria Steele; his child Baby Boy Riegel; his siblings, Lester, Guy, Wilmer, Edgar, Paul, James, Eva, Grace, Claude, Russell, Earl, Harold, Robert and Anna; and his sons, Stephen Douglas and Mark Dennis.
He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Riegel-Thompson (George) and Debra Jepson (Chris); his grandson Patrick; his sister Hilda Offutt; and his sister-in-law Shirley Riegel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (235 Summit Ave, Fort Washington, PA 19034). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church (235 Summit Ave, Fort Washington, PA 19034). A committal service was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Washington Crossing National Cemetery (830 Highland Rd, Newtown, PA 18940).
