She was predeceased by: her parents, Linus Powell and Marie Powell (Shick); her husband Calvin McElroy; and her siblings, William Powell and Helen Hechmer.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Stone (John) of State College, Patricia McElroy (Kevin Palermo) of Cranberry Township and Randall McElroy (Kathy) of Jupiter, FL; her grandchildren, Kelley Stone, Katherine and Ryan McElroy; and her sisters, Ada DeArmitt (Gerald) of Butler and Louise Brehm of Windber. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made in Clara's name to Good Samaritan Hospice, 134 Marwood Road, Cabot, PA 16023.
