He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Ezra Baker, Jr. and Ruby Danley Baker; his wife Judith Ann Mogan; and his sister Geraldine Baker. He is survived by: his son Kelley David Baker; his grandchildren, William Hughes III, Courtney Baker and Chloe Baker; and his great grandchild Jayde Hughes.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the William G. Neal Funeral Homes (925 Allison Ave, Washington, PA 15301). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
