She was predeceased by: her parents, Dominic Papetti and Mary Malley Papetti; and her husband Frank L. Gessler. She is survived by: her children, Karen L. Woodrum of Washington and Frank L. Gessler (Liz) of Washington; her grandchildren, Patrick Lawhorn, Kristie Gnagey (Chad), Chad Gessler (Chiara), Audra Byer (Dave), Jesse Gessler and Ashley Gessler; her great grandchildren, Damien Lawhorn, Trent Gnagey, Mariah Hanna, Tyler Gnagey, Gabriella Gessler, Nicholas Gessler, Nola Byer and Eden Byer; and her sisters, Norma Da Pra, Violet Gessler and Donna Richards.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate memorial donations to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
