She is survived by: her husband Richard Balaz; her sons, Jeffrey of Seattle, WA and Andrew (Justin Wrubleski) of Canonsburg, PA; her nieces and nephews, Craig Hummell (Tracy), Rob Hummell (John Spady), Amy Leute (Gerry) and Vicki Rifgon (Jeff); her great-nephews, Logan and Alex; her great-niece Nicole; her brother-in-law George Balaz, Jr. (late Rita); her brother Thomas Hummell (Mary Ellen); and her half-brother Robert E. Hummell, Jr..
