He is survived by: his wife Barbara Smith Orlosky DeFurio; his sons, Robert DeFurio (Susan) and Donald DeFurio (Sueann); his sister Rose Marie Koontz (Jan); his grandchildren, Brad DeFurio (Leanna), Carrie Miaskiewicz (Tom), Christie DeFurio, David DeFurio and Roger DeFurio (Samantha); his great grandchildren, Zoey DeFurio, Cannon Kosloski, Charlotte DeFurio, Jack DeFurio and Oliver Miaskiewcz; his stepchildren, Michael Orlosky (Joyce), Patrick Orlosky (Kellie), Timothy Orlosky, Robert Orlosky and Mary Ann Beam (Charles); his stepgrandchildren, Steven Orlosky (Christine), Kevin Orlosky (Leanne), Mark Orlosky (Jamie), Daniel Orlosky, Melissa Glancy (Daniel), Nicole Smith (Sean), Diana Marie Beam, Ryan Orlosky, Eric Orlosky, Tiffani Orlosky and Ethan Orlosky; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Benjamin, Jacob, Connor, Evan, Logan, Emmalyn Orlosky, Aiden Smith and Andrew Glancy.
