He was predeceased by: his parents, William Jenkins and Louise Pounds Jenkins; and his siblings, Sissy Strawn, Bill Jenkins, Kenny Jenkins and Ricky Jenkins.
He is survived by: his wife Renee Bails; his sons, Carl H. Jenkins, Jr. (Brandie) of Remlap, AL and Clinton L. Jenkins (Sarah) of Washington; his sister Debbie Sampson (Harry) of Washington; and his grandsons, Clinton L Jenkins, Jr. and Wylie C. Jenkins of Washington. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
