He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Donald Glenn "Rat" Howard (Sue) of Washington and Tina M. Hoyle Howard; his children, Riley Michael Howard of Washington and Isabella K. Howard of Hickory; his siblings, Ben Howard (Keirsten) of Washington, Brittany Zemba (Brian) of Washington, Taylor Bainer and Morgan Bainer (Logan); and his grandparents, Carol Howard Smith of Florida, Raymond E. Howard and Delores Hoyle.
