Mims of Washington; his stepson Eric Johnson of Washington; his brother Samuel Marshall (Mary) of San Francisco, California; his grandchild Christopher Patterson; his niece Chirelle Marshall; his nephews, Sammy Marshall, Darnell Mims and Herbert Smith; and his siblings, Nona Mims, Gerald Mims and Lorna Rose Mims. He is also survived by several cousins and friends.
