He was predeceased by: his parents, Kathryn McElfresh and Byron Horne. He is survived by: his sisters, Karen Wright of Okeechobee and Laverne Cowger of Okeechobee; and his cousins, Grace Mitchell of Washington and Ralph Horne of Washington. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
