It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bertha J Griffin of Washington, Pennsylvania, born in Carmichaels, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 20, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Silas Solomon and Cora Elizabeth Rhinehart Solomon; and her husband Raymond J. Griffin. She is survived by: her daughters, Monica Malloy of Library, Margaret Swan (George) of South Carolina, Pamela Hollenbach (Anthony "Skook") of Meadowlands, Cynthia Hampton (Dale) of Washington, Michele Shook (Phillip) of Washington and Brenda DiDonato (Steve) of Pittsburgh; and her nephew Fred Wroble. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; many great-great grandchildren.
