It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara Blayney Hallmark (Washington, Pennsylvania), who passed away on February 20, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Orren Alexander and Ivie Mae Wood Blayney. She is survived by: her children, John of Florida Keys, Alex of Painesville, Ohio, William of Gainesville, Virginia, Lyin of Stratham and Jacquelyin (Jacki) of Washington, PA.. She is also survived by five children, nine grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, there will be no public visitation or funeral service.
