He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur P. Clark, Sr. and Bertha R. Glantzer Clark. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen A. O'Donnell; his children, John Arthur Clark (Shelly) of Thornton, WV and Vicky Lynne Frey (Gary) of Williamsville, NY; his sisters, Dorothy Barrett of Los Angeles, CA and Anna May Clark of Los Angeles, CA; his grandsons, Jeremy M. Frey (Nicole) of West Seneca, NY and Matthew B. Frey of North Tonawanda, NY; his great grandchildren, Brady M. Frey of West Seneca, NY and Toni Lynn Frey of West Seneca, NY; and his daughter Karen Ann Miller (Scott). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
