Kostelnik; his children, Mauree Machusko Krofina (Bill) and Sean Machusko (Allison); his grandchildren, Lily Machusko and Ella Machusko; and his siblings-in-law, Jeanne Jenkins and Alan Kostelnik. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
