She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Sigwalt and Marie Barber Sigwalt; and her husband Thomas Lee Franks. She is survived by: her sons, Kevin Reed Franks (Sherry) of Washington and Keith Andrew (Denise); her brother Ronald Sigwalt (Alberta) of Olney, MD; and her granddaughter Grace Ann Franks. She is also survived by one niece; two nephews and numerous cousins; close friends.
