Baker formerly of Washington, Pennsylvania, born in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 15, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Veronica Baker; his children, Kathy Baker (Terry Kuhlman), Barb Cass (Paul), Marci Sikora (Richard) and Richard (Amy); and his sister Louise Moczulski. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that contributions be made to the Pennsylvania Veterans Trust Fund at http://www.pa.gov.
