It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Albert Lyle Mercer of Washington, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 1, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert "Pete" Mercer and Mary Toothman Mercer; and his spouse Alferetta Marie Barr Mercer. He is survived by: his daughters, Carolyn Mercer, Barbara Williams and Doris Clemens (Raymond); his grandchildren, Brandon Presto (Niki), Matthew Presto (Casey), April Williams and Ashley Badders (Ryan); his great grandchildren, Lucas, Mila, Noah and Finley; his pet Ginger; and his brother Jesse Mercer.
