She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Richard and Irene Radicic. She is survived by: her parents, Charles Matthew and Rebecca Irene Radicic Ammon of Washington; her daughter Micaiah Faith Ammon; her sister Kyra Nicole Ammon of Washington; her grandparents, Edward and Paulette Ammon of McDonald; and her boyfriend Isaiah Pitts-Wallace. She is also survived by several aunts and uncles, cousins, family, and friends.
