We are sad to announce that on September 4, 2023 we had to say goodbye to William Smeltzer of Washington Township, Pennsylvania, born in Apollo, Pennsylvania. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Clair Smeltzer and Margaret Smeltzer (Mansfield); his wife Mildred Eileen "Blondie" Smeltzer (Bowman); and his daughter Susan Diane Tonecha. He is survived by: his children, Deborah Ann Evans, Jr. (Howard) of Allegheny Township, Robert Eugene Smeltzer of North Vandergrift and Linda Joy Lape (Tracy) of Washington Township. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.
