He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Powell (Henry); his children, William Powell, Jr. (Pam) and Lori Shotts (Doug); his grandchildren, Megan Cornman (Ryan), Sean Powell, Thomas Shotts (Dani), Nicole Powell and Rosie Bennett-Powell; his great grandchildren, Skylar and Van Cornman; his sister-in-law Barbara Miller; and his pet Benny.
