He was predeceased by: his parents, Dominick Costanza and Florence Costanza (Moreale); and his siblings, John Costa, Alex Costanza, Viola Marino and Clara Nelson.
He is survived by: his wife Elena Costanza (Bash); his children, Dianne Pollick (Rick), Michael Costanza (Sheila) and Robert Costanza (Melissa); his grandchildren, Rick, Vanessa, Tim, Madeline, Adrianna and Roman; and his great grandchildren, Amelia, Hudson, Lizzie, Timmy and Brooks.
