He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Moorhead and Anna Moorhead (Hild); his wife June M. Moorhead (Clugston); his daughter Beth Ann Moorhead; his grandchildren, Jacob Lorelli and Angela Moorhead; and his brother Dale Moorhead.
He is survived by: his children, LuAnn Burkey of Washington Township, Jodie R. Smith (Don) of Rockton, PA, Tina M. Williams (Bob) of Washington Township and Chris A. Moorhead (Susan) of Vandergrift; and his siblings, Gerald "Lefty" Moorhead of Washington Township, Albert Moorhead of Murrysville and Doris Sallade (Moorhead) of La Mirada, CA. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; a great-great-granddaughter.
