He is survived by: his wife Loretta Hugar (Cupp); his children, William Hugar (Cynthia) of Montgomery, PA, Joseph Hugar of Montgomery, PA, Gerald Hugar (Melissa Bowersox) of Watsontown, PA, Lorraine Hugar of Hughesville, PA and Timothy Hugar (Danielle) of Montgomery, PA.; his pet Penny; and his sister Nancy Hugar Verost. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
