He is survived by: his children, Kathleen Davis (Harold), Janette Smith, Cynthia Field (Doug), Patricia Rimmel (William), Diane Criswell (Dennis), Gregory Smith (Christine), Thomas Smith (Faye), Megan Licata (Thomas), Maria Tobin and Paul Smith (Heather); his foster son Antonio Rivera (Stacey); and his siblings, Donald J. Smith and Joan C. Urso. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
