She was predeceased by: her parents, John Scott and Ethel Scott (Herman); her husband Robert W. "Bob" Kovaloski, Sr.; her daughter-in-law Deborah Kovaloski; and her siblings, John W. Scott, Mildred Matthew and Helen Frank.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert W. Kovaloski, Jr. of Warren, Timothy J. Kovaloski (Anna) of Penn Hills and Scott M. Kovaloski (Joanne) of Wexford; her grandchildren, Chad, Damara, Ellie, Kate and Matthew; her great grandchild Imogen; and her sister Judith Chilcote (Darwin) of Camp Hill. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Louella's memory to St. James Roman Catholic Church, 109 Owens View Ave., Apollo, PA 15613.
