He was predeceased by: his parents, William W. Palmer and N. Grace Palmer (Caldwell); and his brother W. Wesley Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Susan A. Palmer (Elgin); his stepchildren, Nicholas and Ashley; his sister Susan G. Oliver (Gregg) of West Deer; his nephews, Alex and Mark; and his close friend Norman L. Switzer of Washington Township. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
