James L. DeCecco Obituary
With profound sadness, we say goodbye to James L. DeCecco of Washington Township, Pennsylvania, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. James L. left this world on December 14, 2024 at the age of 86, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Henry and Emma DeCecco (Franco); and his brother Raymond DeCecco. He is survived by: his wife Gracie DeCecco (DiCecco) of Washington Township; his children, Lisa L. Veto (Dan) of Mill Valley, CA and James L. "Jimmy" DeCecco, Jr. (Tammy) of Fox Chapel; and his grandchildren, Natalie, Vanessa, Ella, Enzo and Michael. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Curran-Shaffer Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. - Apollo (100 Owens View Ave, Apollo, PA 15613). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. James Roman Catholic Church (109 Owens View Ave, Apollo, PA 15613).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Jim's honor to the Hillman Cancer Center, UPMC Cancer Pavilion, Suite 1, 5150 Centre Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15232.
