He was predeceased by: his parents, James K. Slagle and Helen Slagle (McCutcheon). He is survived by: his wife Priscilla E. Slagle (Garzone) of Washington Township; his children, Sheryl A. Slagle (Harry) of Washington Township, Lisa J. Scherfel (William) of Wexford, PA and Scott A. Slagle (Carrie) of Parks Township; his grandchildren, Michael McCutcheon (Branda), Matthew McCutcheon (Kasey), Courtney Slagle, Maya Scherfel, Leah Slagle and Will Scherfel; his great grandchildren, Bryson McCutcheon and Rhett McCutcheon; and his siblings-in-law, Denise Bardon (Peter) and Eugene Garzone (Denise). He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
