She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Andring and Frances Andring; her husband Ronald Benes; and her sister Theresa Spang. She is survived by: her daughters, Michele Benes of Verona, Sue Benes of Leechburg and Lisa Lichanec (Paul) of Ford City; her grandson Luke Lichanec (LeeAnn) of Shelocta; her great grandchildren, Amy, Adam Lichanec and Mark Lichanec (Hannah); and her sisters, Frances Crownover of Shelocta, Bernadette Zahumensky of Delmont, Mary Ann Ruffner of Vandergrift and Judy Smith of Surfside, S. C..
A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Gertrude Church (303 Franklin Ave, Vandergrift, PA 15690).
