He is survived by: his mother Winifred "Winnie" Powers (Hilty) of Washington Township; his sisters, Sandra (Tim) of Washington Township and Laurie Powers of Washington Township; his nephew Lt. Colonel Timothy Ballas (Valerie) of Ft. Greg Adams, VA; his nieces, Katie Ballas of Erie and Abbey Arrington (Zachary) of Clarksville, TN; his great-nieces, Valencia, Elizabeth, Marianna, Magdalena, Eleanor and Savannah; his great-nephew Thomas; and his uncle Frank Powers (Connie).
