He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Morabito and Mary Morabito (Gallo); his wife Wanda B. Morabito (Smith); his grandchildren, Ashley Morabito, Jordan Bowser and Kevin Croney; and his siblings, Catherine "Katie" Gasparella, Rose Vernarelli, James and Michael Morabito.

He is survived by : his children, Joan E. Depew (Al) of Cabot, Fred P. Morabito, II (Carol) of Washington Township, Jamie M. Morabito (Maria Santini) of Lower Burrell and Laurie L. Gillespie (Joe) of Sarver; and his sisters, Teresa Fontana of Vandergrift, Josephine Maffeo of Dearborn and Mary Rosol of Dearborn. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; 9 great-great-grandchildren.
