He was predeceased by : his parents, James E. Ferraccio, Jr. and Leonora "Lee" Ferraccio (Sypulski). He is survived by : his wife Kim Ferraccio (Mayers); his children, Jamie L. Ruff (James) of Mt. Pleasant and Adam J. Ferraccio (Natalie) of Washington Township; his grandchildren, Avery Ruff and Greyson Ferraccio; his sister Rebecca Ann Kaminski (Eugene) of Isle; his nephews, Jason Kaminski (Danielle) and Brian Kaminski (Catherine); and his niece Rachel Sanders (Sam).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Chester's name to the Westmoreland County Food Bank, 100 Devonshire Drive, Delmont, PA 15626.
