He was predeceased by : his parents, Clarence Hewell Spillers and Dorothy Jean Spillers (Raught); his granddaughter Rana Christine Spillers; and his siblings, James, Lee, Clarence Jr., Donald "Jiggs", Norman Spillers, Baby Boy Spillers, Jean Branthoover, Carol "Sis" McLaughlin and Fanny Lou Ash.

He is survived by : his wife Marcy; his children, Randy Spillers (Kim) of Washington Township, Cyndie Radebaugh (Dan) of Plattsmouth and Wende Hoover (Larry) of DuBois, PA; his grandchildren, Carlton D. Spillers, Kevin Radebaugh (Courtney), Katie Melby (Jake), Nicholas Hoover (Leah Fox), Kyra Hoover and Lauren Hoover; and his brother Jay Spillers (Joyce) of Oklahoma Borough. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
