It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billie J. Robertson of Washington Township, Pennsylvania, born in Carthage, Missouri, who passed away on August 10, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Walton Owens and Izetta Owens (Catherwood); her children, Gregory O. Robertson and Karen R. Clark; and her grandson Michael Robertson.

She is survived by : her children, Joanna L. Swartz (Jeffrey) of Bethel Township and David Robertson (Connie) of Goodyear, AZ. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
