She was predeceased by: her parents, Logan Wiliam Hooks Sr. and Mary Irene; and her siblings, Esther Graff (Ed), Rose Davidson (LeWayne) and Logan Hooks Jr..
She is survived by: her husband Gerald "Lefty" Moorhead; her sons, Gerald "Rick" Moorhead, Jr. (Jill) of York, PA, Larry Moorhead (Laurie) of Calimesa, CA, Terry Moorhead (Jacquelyn) of Apollo and Kevin Moorhead (Rebecca) of Avonmore; her sisters, Joy Whiten and Cindy Griffiths (Ron); and her sister-in-law Wendy Hooks. She is also survived by son, David Back of Plum; 20 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren.
