It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Ann (Shaeffer) Shearer of Washington Township, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 24, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Shaeffer and Virginia Shaeffer (Kimmel); and her brothers, Ronald Shaeffer and Wayne Shaeffer. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth D. Shearer; her daughter Leasa A. Peck (James) of Irwin; and her grandchildren, Owen and Molly Peck of Irwin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Barbara's memory to the Save The Music Foundation, 1515 Broadway, Floor 21, New York, NY 10036.
