With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Barbara A. Fairfield of Washington Township, Pennsylvania, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Barbara left this world on April 19, 2025 at the age of 76, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Grube and Cora Grube (Buskirk); her husband Joseph J. Fairfield; her son-in-law Michael Cesanek; and her siblings, Roy "Jake" Grube, Charles Grube, Alan Grube, Eleanor Dries and Linda Zydyk.
She is survived by: her children, Jodi A. Cesanek of Whitehall, Sherry L. (Rickie Kostenbader Jr.) of Danielsville and Todd J. Fairfield (Alice) of Slatington; her siblings, Howard Grube (Cindy) of Danielsville, Carolyn Grube of Bath and Elaine; and her grandchildren, Lauren (Gino Warnick) and Cody Harrich.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Schisler Funeral Home (2119 Washington Ave, Northampton, PA 18067). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the National Pancreatic Cancer Foundation or the Outcast Rescue, both in care of the funeral home.
