She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Ballezza and Violet Ballezza (Blose). She is survived by: her former husband Arthur Ketels; her husband Roger Cornish; her sons, Steve and Christopher; and her daughter-in-law Carol.
At the request of the family, only those who are fully vaccinated against Covid-19 are invited, and masks will be required.
