He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John and Mary Reid; his children, John (Sue), Kathleen Pagano (Glen Nixon), Michael (Sue) and Susan; and his grandchildren, Brian (Tracy), Russell Pagano (Emily), Brittany (Scott Whitehead), Jeffrey Pagano (Kirsten), Corey Corrigan (Colin), Chelsea Rdesinski (Andy), Julia Kuenker (Paul) and Samantha Crescenti (Brian). He was also cherished by eight great-grandchildren.
