He was predeceased by: his wife Adele L. Fletcher (Mueller); and his son James M. Fletcher, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Dean T. Fletcher, Victoria "Vicky" Kaminski (Daniel) of Englewood, FL and John "Jack" Fletcher (Deanna) of Washington Crossing, PA; and his daughter-in-law Denise Fletcher of Tucson, AZ. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
