He was predeceased by: his parents, Ida and Donald. He is survived by: his wife Marsha; his sister Wendy Schnitzer (Marsha); his sons, Michael (Michelle) and Roger; and his granddaughter Hannah. He is also survived by numerous cousins and nephews.
