She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Clark and Jean Clark (Craig). She is survived by: her children, Adam A. Ford (Susan) and Molly F. Slenker (Zachary); her grandchildren, Abigail Ford, Emma Ford, Hudson Slenker and Abram Slenker; her husband James Taylor Ford; and her sisters, Christine Kerr and Jennifer Clark.

In lieu of flowers, Abi requested that if you would like to honor her memory, you may donate to her grandson, Abram Slenker, to help with his vision assistive technology/mobility.
