He was predeceased by: his grandfather Charlie Graby. He is survived by: his parents, AJ Simmons (Jennifer) and Steven C. Graby; his stepparents, Hope Graby and Michael Simmons; his brother Gannon Graby; his sister-in-law Kristin Graby; his siblings, Vianna Graby, Emily, Rachel Simmons, Kyle and Jack Banner; and his grandparents, Barry, Carol Weaver and Mary Lou Graby. He is also survived by his parents and grandparents, brothers and sisters, friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in remembrance of Garrett can be made to Canine Partners for Life/Service Dog Organization in Pennsylvania.
